Tips for Pool Swimmers

- Bring ID and a credit/debit card: Many hotels require identification and card details for booking or security deposits, even for day visitors.
- Call ahead or check online: Policies on day passes may change due to pool capacity limits, private events, or maintenance, so verify availability before visiting.
- Follow the hotel’s dress code: Some hotels have specific swimwear rules, like no street clothes or non-swim fabrics allowed in the pool.

- Be mindful of pool hours: Day pass access is usually limited to certain hours (often late morning to early evening), so plan your visit accordingly.
- Understand the cancellation policy: If you book in advance, clarify whether refunds or rescheduling are possible if your plans change.
- Consider additional amenities: Some day passes include extras like towels, poolside service, or access to the spa or gym; check what is included.
- Respect capacity limits: Pools often have a maximum number of people allowed, so arriving late without prior booking may result in denied entry.
